Samsung is set to announce their own version of the digital learning platform named Samsung Learning Hub.
Samsung Learning Hub would be launched at the upcoming Mobile World Congress next week.
The app would be available on their Android based Tablet PCs.
The initial launch would see availability of around 6000 textbooks and educational videos from 30 providers.
It would also offer teaching tools, notes taking capabilities and other features.
The company indicated that the app would initially be available on their Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 8.9 models. They are working on adding support for their other devices in the future.
It is not clear if Samsung would offer it on competing Tablet PC devices.
