Rhapsody to launch iPhone app with offline support
Rhapsody has announced that they are working on an updated edition of their iPhone app that would support offline playing capabilities.
The app currently streams the music from the web using 3G or Wi-Fi internet connectivity.
It is available to the existing subscribers of their Rhapsody To Go services which costs around USD 15 a month.
The company said that the new version would enable them to select their playlists which would be made available for offline listening.
The music would be accessible offline till the time user is subscribed to the service.
They are currently in the process of submitting it to Apple App Store for approval before it could be downloaded by the users.
