Bloomberg has reported that Microsoft is working hard on a new music service that would offer features from all the popular rivals out there.
The company is aiming to offer almost all kind of functionalities that would put it in direct competition with Spotify, Apple iTunes and even Google Music.
Users would be able to buy songs in addition to subscribe to the entire library on a monthly basis. They would also get the ability to upload their existing music library for streaming on the move.
Microsoft Xbox Music is likely to be deeply integrated with Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 platforms. It would also of course be part of their Xbox platform. The company aims to offer a single platform that can be accessed from all their devices.
