Online sources have reported that key members of the Nokia’s MeeGo development team have announced their decision to leave the company to pursue other opportunities.
MeeGo development lead Sotiris Makyrgiannis and some other team members announced their decision through Twitter and other mediums.

Most of the team members are going to CloudBerryTec where they are going to work on mobile apps.
This could be a good indication that MeeGo might be nearing its death. Nokia might continue to release bug fixes and minor updates but the users of this phone are unlikely to see any major feature additions in the future.
