Netflix has announced the appointment of Kelly Bennett as their new Chief Marketing Officer.
Kelly Bennett was previously with Warner Bros. so he is from the industry itself. His last position at the company was as VP of interactive, worldwide marketing.
His involvement included in marketing campaigns of several blockbuster movies including the ones from Harry Potter, Sherlock Holmes and The Dark Knight franchises.
Kelly has been a pioneer in developing incredible digital campaigns for some of the biggest box office hits in recent years. We are delighted Kelly is bringing creative and marketing expertise to Netflix as our streaming business becomes increasingly global and our focus intensifies on commissioning high-quality original programming for our more than 26 million members.
