Google has released full SDK for Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean)

Google has finally released the full SDK for the latest version of Android Jelly Bean.

SDK for Android 4.1 is now available through the Android SDK Manager.

This would enable Android app developers to code and publish apps against API level 16 using new Jelly Bean APIs.

Google added:

A lot of work has gone into making Jelly Bean buttery smooth; make sure your app is as well. If you haven’t yet opted in to hardware accelerated rendering then now is the time to implement and test this.
