How to opt out of Google Analytics as a web user
A lot of people are not comfortable revealing about their activities on the web no matter how anonymous the data is.
Google Analytics is one of the services that is widely used on the web to track visits from users around the world.
Google has realized that not every one wants to be part of the program and they are making it easier for you.
The company has made available tools that can be installed on your browser to disable getting tracked by third party websites.
The tool is available as a web browser add-on named Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
It is currently available on all the three popular web browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
Google is not providing any option to selectively block Analytics on their web browsers. You either block it on all sites or you disable it.
