Google AdWords for video out of beta

Google has launched their Google AdWords for video platform out of beta and it is now available to everyone.

The service allows you to target videos shared across the YouTube platform with your promotions.

Google spoke about this service offering:

Google AdWords for video is now available to all. Similar to search advertising—where you pay for clicks and set budgets with bids—we created a new model for video advertising. With Google AdWords for video, you only pay when someone chooses to watch your ad, and you can create and manage video campaigns from the same platform as your search and display ads.

The company is also offering around USD 50 million in free advertising to small businesses to get started with this project.
