Microsoft still hopeful of bettering Google

We recently heard reports on how Yahoo! was giving up hope on challenging the domination of Google in the search results technology. The company later denied making any such statement and reverted back to their position of working hard on beating Google in their own game.

Now, software giants Microsoft have claimed that their hard work would show results in the coming months as they expect to provide a better search engine to their users in next six months for the US market.

This would be followed by releasing a more relevant search engine for the UK market and then the rest of the Europe. Neil Holloway, Microsoft president for Europe, Middle East, and Africa said about this claim: “What we’re saying is that in six months’ time we’ll be more relevant in the U.S. market place than Google. The quality of our search and the relevance of our search from a solution perspective to the consumer will be more relevant.”

However, it might prove to be a lot more difficult for the company to get the lost users back from Google search engine. The company has become an online sweetheart for millions of internet users worldwide with their free service offerings.
