Answers.com has a Twitter account that is being used by them to respond to queries from other users.

The company operates @AnswersDotCom account. To ask a question you just need to send the message to this Twitter account.

You can also include #answersdotcom or #hoopoe to ask a question.

To respond to possible queries which already have a solution. If they are unable to find one, they suggest that the user post it on their network.

We are more likely to use Google owned Aardvark service instead.
