Adobe Systems considering releasing patches more frequently
Adobe Systems has stated that they are considering releasing security updates for their applications more frequently.
Adobe is getting heavily criticized for the bugs that are being discovered in their Acrobat and Reader applications.
PDF format has become the latest tool to spread malware on the web.
The company said in a statement: “As for the patch cycle, this is something we are carefully evaluating in trying to provide the best possible solution for our customers. We are taking all factors into consideration, including the cost of patch deployment in managed environments.”
Adobe has been working hard on improving the security of their PDF related applications. Apparently, much more effort is required.
