LG mobile phones are preferred by customers
A research conducted on mobile phone owners in the Europe and the U.S. has revealed that the phones manufactured by the Korean mobile phone vendor LG received the highest levels of customer satisfaction. However, the consumers are still not impressed with the overall market situation with mobile owners expressing disappointment over the quality of images clicked from the camera-equipped phones.
LG phones received an 80 percent satisfaction rating in the U.S. and 86 percent in Europe. It was followed by Kyocera in the US and Sony Ericsson in the Europe. Interestingly, the dominating players in the American market, and the world’s second largest mobile phone maker Motorola was ranked sixth overall in the U.S.
The research also claimed that Motorola Company is very unlikely to get repeat customers, as there is a lot of disappointment in the consumers with their products. The report came from the global research and consulting company, Strategy Analytics. Paul Brown, Wireless Analyst at Strategy Analytics said in a statement about their research: “LG tops the Strategy Analytics Wireless Device Customer Satisfaction Index on both sides of the Atlantic, with an 80 percent satisfaction rating in the US and an impressive 86 percent score in Western Europe.â€
