Nokia 2652 targeting emerging markets
World’s largest maker of mobile phones Nokia is targeting the emerging mobile markets of the world with their new series of mobile products. The company has announced that their upcoming mobile phone Nokia 2652 would be a folding handset and would be priced cheaply to sell in large numbers in the rapid-growth markets like China and Africa.
Not only Nokia, but also the other mobile makers in the market are now concentrating on these evolving markets to generate huge sales and hence increase profitability. Motorola, LG, and Samsung are actively launching budget range mobile products in these markets, which also include India, Brazil, and Russia.
Nokia would be selling their Nokia 2652 for a price of around €100 starting next month in China, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. They are also increasing efforts to collaborate with the local mobile service providers to launch special schemes to make it easier for the consumers to get these mobile products at affordable prices.
Impressively, this model would be the company’s 36th model to come out this year.
