2016 Taiwan Trade Mission to India: Green Business Opportunities at Smart Cities India 2016

Entrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan (MOFA), the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) is pleased to announce its participation in the Smart Cities India 2016 from the 11th to the 13th of May at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Center, in New Delhi. 8 dynamic enterprises from Taiwan, such as Portwell Inc., Moxa Inc., and Edimax Technology Co., Ltd., will showcase their state-of-the-art products ranging from home/community security devices, electric water meters, GPRS transmission data loggers, digital valve-control meters, ultrasonic flow meters, automatic meter reading systems, industrial/commercial POE switches, green building materials, and smart WiFi solutions that include WiFi routers, extenders, network cameras, smart plugs, as well as other electronics like in-vehicle computers, industrial gateways, and many others.

The highlights include New Hua Bio Tech’s product called Nustone. Nustone is a new generation of spray paint that creates a superior looking surface, and is identical looking to classic granite and stone on a building’s exterior and interior. New Hua attended GLOBE 2016 early March in Vancouver. GLOBE is the biggest, and most important Global Commercial Innovative Conference and Expo in North America. During the show, many Canadian companies have inquired in New Hua’s unique products.

Portwell Inc., a global-leading innovator and supplier of embedded networking appliances, announces CAD-0231, a new desktop communication/network security appliance that can be the total solution to fulfill customers’ needs for applications in WAN optimization, cloud computing and routers. Energy Management System’s Velocity Multi-jet Electronic Water Meter is the world’s first NMD (Non-Magnetic Drive) domestic electronic water meter which equipped with LCD electronic register. All these intelligent management functions make the NMD domestic electronic water meter a better metering tool toward precious water management.

At the TAITRA service station, in addition to presenting brochures and various promotional materials that represent Taiwan’s key business sectors, TAITRA will also provide helpful tips on how to do business with Taiwan. We will facilitate visitors and buyers in product/supplier sourcing and introduce the available business and partnering opportunities.
