Google Earth on Android can now show your own geo-tagged photos on a special layer

Google has updated their Google Earth mobile app for Android devices. The app now features a special layer that shows your own geo-tagged photos stored on Google+ on a layer on the surface of the earth.

Google said:

This version includes great new features like the ability to view your geocoded Google+ photos directly on Google Earth. Simply click the Earth logo in top left corner and select Google+ Photos to view your photos on the globe. Clicking on any of the photos will open a full screen slideshow for album.
